These rules apply while you use Klarity through a Parent-Managed Account.
Your parent manages the account and pays for paid services.
Klarity is AI, not a person, teacher, or human tutor.
AI can be wrong. Check important answers against your teacher, course materials, and reliable sources.
Klarity is extra support and does not guarantee a grade, test score, admission, course completion, or improvement.
Use Klarity honestly and follow your school’s rules for AI and academic integrity.
Do not use Klarity for cheating, threats, exploitation, illegal activity, harmful content, prohibited tests, or unauthorized recording.
Upload only material you have permission to use and avoid private information about other people.
What your parent may see
Your parent may see account details, subscriptions and credits, courses, feature usage, high-level progress information, and account or safety alerts. Full tutoring conversations, files, recordings, transcripts, and detailed work are not visible by default unless Klarity clearly tells you otherwise or disclosure is required for safety or law.
How your information is used
To create and protect your account.
To answer questions, personalize practice, generate study materials, and show progress.
To process permitted files and recordings.
To prevent misuse, investigate safety concerns, and comply with law.
Your Student Data is not used to train general-purpose AI models and is not sold for behavioral advertising.
