Necessary technologies
Klarity may use technologies necessary for authentication, security, fraud prevention, checkout, preferences, and core operation.
Optional analytics and marketing
Optional analytics technologies should be disclosed and controlled through a preference center. Klarity does not use Student Data for behavioral advertising and should not deploy advertising trackers inside the student tutoring environment.
State opt-out signals
Where applicable law requires recognition of a universal opt-out preference signal, Klarity will configure its consent and privacy systems to honor the signal for regulated sale, targeted advertising, or sharing activities.
