Klarity is an educational support service, not an emergency service, crisis line, law-enforcement agency, or child-protection agency.
Safety systems may screen content automatically but cannot detect or prevent every harmful, illegal, or inappropriate message or response.
Klarity may display crisis resources, restrict output, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and make reports where required or lawfully appropriate.
Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, threats, and serious abuse are prohibited.
Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services or a trusted adult rather than relying on Klarity.
Federal and state reporting
Skillwarp Inc. will maintain an internal procedure to determine and satisfy any mandatory reporting, evidence-preservation, and confidentiality duties that apply to its U.S. service, including potential obligations involving the NCMEC CyberTipline, state child-protection authorities, law enforcement, or other agencies.
California AI safety protocol
Klarity should publish a high-level protocol describing its self-harm response, AI/non-human disclosure, and minor-safety controls if California SB 243 applies. The internal AI Safety Assessment must determine applicability and evidence the controls.
