1. Free trial
No credit card or payment method is required to start the trial.
The trial includes 400 pooled credits.
The trial ends automatically after 30 days or when all 400 credits have been used, whichever happens first.
The AI Study Assistant is limited to 150 trial messages, and each message uses 2 credits from the trial pool.
The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
No charge is made when the trial ends.
To continue, the Parent or Adult Student must separately select a paid plan, provide a payment method, and accept the paid terms before any charge.

3. Checkout disclosures and recurring billing
Before obtaining billing information or making a recurring charge, checkout must clearly show the seller (Skillwarp Inc.), plan, price, taxes, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund position, and statement-descriptor information. The user must affirmatively agree before the charge.
Monthly and semester subscriptions renew only as disclosed at checkout. Klarity will provide simple online cancellation and confirmation. Semester renewals and other renewals receive advance reminders where required by state law or adopted as a protective business standard.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation must be available from the account dashboard without requiring a phone call.
Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves paid access through the end of the paid period unless law or product terms require otherwise.
A confirmation identifies the effective cancellation date and remaining access.
5. Refunds and state rights
Except where required by law or expressly offered, paid charges are non-refundable. Used credits are not refundable. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory state cancellation, refund, reversal, cooling-off, or consumer-protection rights.
6. Payment identity
Skillwarp Inc sells paid services. The charge may appear as SKILLWARP INC. or another Stripe-approved descriptor clearly disclosed before purchase.
