Privacy Rights Request Procedure
How to submit, verify, process, appeal, and complete a privacy rights request.

Submit requests through privacy@klarityaitutor.com or the privacy request form. Include the account email, the person making the request, state of residence, relationship to the student where relevant, and the requested action. Do not send government identification unless Klarity specifically requests an approved secure method.
Verification
Klarity uses proportionate verification based on sensitivity. It may verify account access, email control, Parent authority, or other information already held. Any new verification data must be minimized and retained only as necessary.
Response
Klarity will respond within the time required by applicable state law. Requests may result in access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, consent withdrawal, explanation of processing, or a lawful denial with an appeal method where required.
After a student creates a new Adult Student Account, the former parent does not gain rights over the new account. Requests involving historical personal information in the Parent account are evaluated according to the requester’s legal rights and the parent’s separate account records.
