Permitted purpose
Use Klarity for lawful personal study, explanation, practice, revision, planning, and feedback consistent with school and institutional rules.
Prohibited conduct
Cheating, impersonation, prohibited assessment completion, answer-key extraction, proctoring bypass, or submission of AI output contrary to applicable school rules.
Threats, harassment, bullying, grooming, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, intimate images, hate, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
Fraud, identity theft, malware, credential theft, evasion, or instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing.
Uploading restricted exams, confidential records, payment-card data, government ID, unnecessary sensitive information, or content the user lacks authority to share.
Unauthorized recording, surveillance, scraping, automated extraction, reverse engineering, security testing without written permission, or bypassing product limits.
Enforcement
Klarity may warn, restrict features, remove content, preserve evidence, suspend, terminate, or report conduct where reasonably necessary. Safety systems cannot detect every violation, and Klarity does not promise continuous human monitoring.
