Transactional communications
Klarity may send account verification, password, security, billing, receipt, service, cancellation, privacy, and legally required messages needed to operate the account.
Promotional email
Marketing messages identify the sender accurately and use non-deceptive subject lines.
Messages include required identification and a valid postal address once approved.
Messages include a clear working opt-out mechanism.
Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly and no later than 10 business days.
A suppression list is maintained so unsubscribed addresses are not re-added accidentally.
Vendors sending email on Klarity’s behalf must be monitored for compliance.
