DMCA process
Skillwarp Inc. should designate a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office if it intends to rely on Section 512 safe-harbor protections.
The same agent contact information must be posted publicly on klarityaitutor.com.
Klarity will expeditiously remove or restrict access to material identified in a substantially compliant DMCA notice where the safe-harbor process applies.
Klarity will provide a counter-notice process and restore material when legally appropriate.
Klarity will adopt and reasonably implement a repeat-infringer policy.
