Do monthly credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits refresh each billing cycle. Credit-pack balances expire at the end of the billing month and do not roll over.
Can I buy more credits?
Paid subscribers may purchase an optional credit pack for the current billing month.
Do dashboard and performance reports use credits?
No. Overview, Progress Dashboard, and Performance Analytics deduct zero pooled credits.
Does file upload use credits?
Uploading and indexing a supported file deduct zero credits. AI actions on that file use the selected tool credit amount.
How do semester credits work?
A four-month plan refreshes the matching monthly credit amount each month. The full four-month total is not issued as one unrestricted balance.
